From Points North:
Take Interstate 295 South to Exit 5A (Congress Street/Rt. 22 East). Bear right onto Congress Street heading east, shifting into the left lane. Go to the second traffic light and take a left on to St. John Street - our office is on the near left corner. Once on St. John Street, make an immediate left into our driveway. Enter through main entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

From Points South:

Mercy Hospital's Fore River Campus is located at 175 Fore River Parkway in Portland. The Fore River Medical Building is located next door to the hospital at 195 Fore River Parkway.

From Points South:
Take I-295 northbound to Exit # 4. Cross the Veteran’s Bridge. At the traffic light you should be in the left hand lane and turn left onto the Fore River Parkway. Go through the next traffic light. The main entrance and patient drop-off are ahead on your right. Follow signs for patient parking.

From Points North:
Take I-295 southbound to Exit # 5A. At the end of the ramp you should be in the left hand lane. Take a left at the traffic light and remain in the left hand lane, continue straight onto the Fore River Parkway. The main entrance and patient drop-off are ahead on your left. Follow signs for patient parking.

From the Casco Bay Bridge:
From South Portland go through the light at the State Street intersection and stay in the right lane, turning right onto Park Street. Take another right at the stop sign onto Commercial Street. Head west on Commercial Street to the Veteran’s Bridge intersection. Proceed straight through the light over the bridge onto the Fore River Parkway. Go through the next traffic light. The main entrance and patient drop-off are ahead on your right. Follow signs for patient parking.

From Points West (Congress St. and Rte. 22):
Heading east on Congress Street/Route #22, take a right at the traffic light after Norway Saving Bank, following the signs for South/I-295/Route 1/South Portland. At the next traffic light you should be in the left hand lane and continue straight onto the Fore River Parkway. The main entrance and patient drop-off are ahead on your left. Follow signs for patient parking.

Mercy Gorham Crossing Primary Care is located in the former Hansen Farm Market, whose address was 74 County Road, Gorham. The new address for Mercy Gorham Crossing is 19 South Gorham Crossing, Gorham, Maine.

Take 295 South to exit 5B (Route 22 W/Congress Street) RIGHT at the bottom of the exit onto 22W/Congress Street Follow Route 22 West/County Road—follow for 7 miles into Gorham Go through the light at the junction of Routes 114 and 22, and take your first LEFT into the complex driveway

From the South/Saco/Biddeford:
Take 95 North to exit 42 (US-1 toward Scarborough) Stay Straight off the exit LEFT onto Payne Road—follow 1.5 miles LEFT onto Gorham Rd/114 North—follow for 3 miles LEFT onto County Road/114/22—follow for one mile Go through the light at the junction of Routes 114 and 22, and take your first LEFT into the complex driveway

From the East/Scarborough/Cape Elizabeth:
Take Gorham Rd/114 North—follow for approximately 5 miles LEFT onto County Road/114/22—follow for one mile Go through the light at the junction of Routes 114 and 22, and take your first LEFT into the complex driveway

From the West/Bar Mills area:
Follow Main Street East from Bar Mills It then turns into Portland Rd East/County Road/Route 22 East—follow for 7 miles Take a RIGHT at the light of 114/22 into the complex driveway

From the Northwest/Windham area:
Take Route 4 South/US-202 West—follow for 3.5 miles RIGHT onto Main Street/Route 25 LEFT onto 114/South Street—follow for 3 miles Gorham Crossing is directly across from the light at the junction of 114 and 22

From Downtown Portland:
Start by heading West on Congress Street/ME-22. Travel on Congress Street heading out of downtown Portland. At the intersection of Congress Street and Stevens Avenue, the Westgate Shopping Center will be on the left.

From I-295 North:
Take Exit 5B and turn slightly right onto Congress Street/ME-22. Travel 0.5 miles and the Westgate Shopping Center will be on the left.

From I-295 South:
Take Exit 5 towards Congress Street/ME-22. There will be several forks in the ramp, keep to the right of all the forks. Move into the left lane heading straight through the first lights and turning left onto Congress Street at the second light. The Westgate Shopping Center will be 0.5 miles ahead on the left

Mercy State Street Campus is located at 144 State Street in Portland, on the corner of State and Spring Streets.

From Points South:
From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) Exit at 44, South Portland/I-295 (formerly exit 6A) and merge with I-295. Follow I-295 to Exit 6A (Forest Avenue south), turning right at the end of the ramp; bear right immediately onto Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.

From Points North (Rte. 26/100):
Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) south to Exit 48, Riverside / Larrabee (formerly exit 8). Turn left onto Riverside Street; follow to end and turn left onto Brighton Avenue (Rte 25). Follow past the Portland campus of the University of Southern Maine, then bear right (South) on Deering Avenue. Turn left at the next intersection onto Park Avenue. Turn right at Jct. of Rte 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.

From Points West (Rte. 302):
Follow Rte. 302 to Forest Avenue in Portland. Continue south on Forest Avenue until you pass under the I-295 overpass; then bear right and continue south on Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.

From Points West (Rte. 113/25):
Follow Rte. 113 (SouthEast) to Rte. 25 (East) into Westbrook. Once on Rte. 25 (Brighton Avenue), continue past the Portland campus of the University of Southern Maine, then bear right (South) onto Deering Avenue. Turn left at the next intersection, onto Park Avenue. Turn right at Jct. of Rte. 77 (State Street). The hospital will be on your right at 144 State Street.

Patient and Visitor Parking is located near the intersection of State and Spring Streets. Turn right at the light in front of 144 State Street and the parking lot will be on your left.

From Points North and South:
Take Exit 48 (Riverside/Larrabee) off the Maine Turnpike. Go straight through intersection, onto Larrabee Road; at next traffic light turn right onto Main Street. Follow Main Street into downtown Westbrook and past the Sappi Paper Mill. You will pass under a railroad bridge, take the next right onto Park Road. Mercy Westbrook is on the left at 40 Park Road. Mercy Addiction Medicine is on the right at 50 Park Road.

From Points West:
Take Route 302 into Westbrook. Take a left onto Park Road before railroad bridge and Sappi Paper Mill. Mercy Westbrook is on the left at 40 Park Road. Mercy Addiction Medicine is on the right at 50 Park Road.

take Route 302 heading toward Windham. Mercy Windham is on right just before the rotary at Fosters Corner. The address is 409 Roosevelt Trail, Windham.

From points West:
Take Route 302 to rotary at Fosters Corner. Enter rotary and head toward Mercy Windham sign. Exit rotary and take left into Mercy Windham entrance.

From points North:
Take Maine Turnpike exit #63 (Gray exit). Go left off the exit and follow Route 202 to intersection of Route 302 at Fosters Corner. Enter rotary and head toward Mercy Windham sign. Exit rotary and take left into Mercy Windham entrance.

From points South:

Turn slight right onto ME-9 / Westbrook St. Take Right onto Western Avenue. Turn left onto Foden Rd. VNA Home Health C& Hospice will be on your left just after turning onto Foden Road.
